I would say that for us, the listing under sold the property a little. "The cottage is great, the host is very friendly and responds to your needs right away. We went in the middle of winter so we weren't able to take advantage of all that was offered but would be looking into going back in the summer as we can see it it would be great to be right on our own beach. "
