"The experience was fantastic, more than we expected. The staff was kind and ready to help you. The room was very cosy, warm and a lot of stuff like flip flops and bathrobes, even a makeup remover and many other things. So surprising! "What a gem! Tucked away in the back streets of Como. I can’t fault this place. Staff are amazing, each and every one of them. We were upgraded - however I think every room here is special.
