Very nice apartment and very good location, but above all else, the communication was a good as it gets. They were also very accomodating when I requested to adjust the check-in time and also to use the luggage storage after I checked out. Highly recommend!

Very good location for a small “apartment style” hotel. Near to restaurants and shops, but a bit away from the lake, so more affordable and quiet. The property was a bit dated, but I found it very comfortable, slept well, and the staff were very friendly.

Huge thanks to Residence Diaz for allowing us to check in almost 2.5hrs early. It was a huge help to our large family. The rooms were clean, air conditioning was great, and overall in a fantastic location. We would stay here again!

The apartment was perfect for my daughter and I. It’s centrally located and walkable to everything in Como. Only a 12 minute walk to the central station. A good grocery store just down the street. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Lovely property close to everything! Very responsive when questions answered or help. Only situation that occured was that the air conditioning in one of our few apartmdnts that we rented didn't work. However, the weather was so beautiful we just kept the windows open. Very nice apt!! it does have Many stairs to climb and no elevator, but the host was very responsive and very helpful! Easy and convenient check in; really helpful that we could leave our luggage stored while they had our room ready! Offers earlier check in when possible! Top place and top host!

Getting to the 2d floor means 6 flights of stairs. Coming in after dark (8pm), only the 1st flight had an action-motivated light - I had to negotiate the other 5 flights in total darkness. Thank God I had cell phone power to light my way.

The place was nice and cozy. It was close by the lake and in the heart of the town so was easy to get around. The only problem I had was the wifi connection. It was really poor and would disconnect every few second.

Loved this place! I stayed here as a solo traveller for four nights over easter weekend and it was perfect. Super close to tons of dining options, a grocery store about a block away and a kitchen where I could store fresh fruit and things as needed. It was about a 10 min walk to the ferry station to access the rest of the lake, and about 15 mins to the train station. Bed was comfy, and I stayed in room 10 so I had skylights i could open to breathe in fresh air. Everything was clean and worked well, I definitely reccomend. The lady at the front desk was super sweet and helpful, would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay we loved it but the bins need emptying every day. The cleaner missed a service even though I asked her to come back in an hour which meant there was a smell and flies.
