My room was clean and had a small balcony and there's a sink in the room. There is also a kitchen and water dispenser. Centrally located and close to the beach. Only issue was my room door had a gap which let in a lot of noise and smoke smell from other guests when they were sat out in the common area smoking and laughing. "
