Extremely professional and friendly staff. Breakfast is varied and of good quality. Rooms are very clean, only area of improvement is to get new machines for the gym which are a bit outdated. We always stay in this property when in Montevideo.

Staff is very friendly and helpful, good location. Room curtain did not close and window did not fully seal when closed. Had a flow of cold air coming in all night - coincidentally, there was a wind and rain storm that night in Montevideo.

Its not the best service. Could do better. Room to improve. It’s a good hotel for maybe couple of night maximum. They are not very organized.

We called in advance to let them know that we would be arriving late. We emailed our arrival info and reservation. They assured us that they would pick us up at the Montevideo airport and allow us to late check-in. When our flight arrived the hotel did not send a shuttle driver and let us know that they had given away our room. They assogned us to a non-comparable hotel. At midnight you have little choice but to stay where you are assigned.
