Pool didn't appear to be too clean as the water was cloudy. The hallways and room had a lot of wear and tear so the property could use a renovation. One of the maintenance guys we ran into in the elevator a few times was super friendly

If I could give this hotel zero stars I would. The staff was unfriendly and unwilling to help. We told them a few times that the air conditioning in our room was not working and it took over 5 hours of heat for them to change our room. Staff is unfriendly.

Incredible hotel with a very nice and friendly staff. My room was much bigger than expected and the experience overall was really pleasant. Only thing I would mention for improvement would be the quality of the breakfast provided

The property is well located. The Fresh Market and "The Old Sosa" restaurant are good points to visit. The hotel is old, and in my bathroom you can feel a little drain smell. But overall, it was a good pick.

Excellent choice to walk around, convenient in many ways (grocery shops, restaurants, not that far from bus terminal, etc). Breakfast choices are not amazing but ok. Airport is very far though, so check transportation first.

I like the property however You can’t control the room AC on the winter for people coming from the North Room is too hot in the Winter and there is no way to change it shutting the whole thing off is the one option. Also Parking is not included there is a separate fee. Everything else is ok

Bathroom exhaust fan didn’t work, the TV remote super old with all the channels translated into Spanish and no English option.
