"We booked to stay here for 20 nights with a 6 month old baby. In advance of this, I had emailed asking to confirm the suitability of the cot and high chair. I was assured they were suitable by the hotel management. Upon arrival, we found out this was NOT the case, the cot was supplied with a soft pillow and the high chair was unsafe for a small baby.
