"Booked the blythswood hotel as a treat for my partner and have been looking forward to it for months. Staff were very accommodating, the room was stunning and the spa was excellent. Service could have been slightly better. Ordered room service - they forgot items from our order. For breakfast the food wasn’t great - ordered poached eggs which when arrived were hard boiled. "The location is excellent, and the apartment itself is comfortable and clean. Internet might not be fast enough for remote desktop connection, but it should be fine if you're just here for leisure. Staff has been very helpful throughout the process. And Stevie who greeted us for the check-in even helped carry our heavy luggage to 2/F - that was much appreciated!"
