"£15 something for a glass of wine (which I hadn’t checked before hand, didn’t see the price list) is not on. I was prepared for £8 maybe £10 but not £15+. I’m well aware you have to make money on mark ups and accept that. But I can buy 2 bottles of very good wine for that kind of money. Apart from thst, the staff, rooms and cleanliness were very nice. "All the staff were wonderful from the second we arrived, especially to our baby who got to meet a lot of them. They were welcoming, made sure our rooms were near each other and couldn’t have been more helpful. We had a fairly large group and at breakfast they gave us more space which was brilliant given we had small children in our group who liked to move about. "Lovely hotel only a 2 minute walk from Queen Street Station. Room was spacious and comfortable, with a free mini bar. Easy access to shops and restaurants and the hotel has a roof top bar and restaurant which offer views across the city on a nice day"
