"Fantastic staff and the perfect budget hotel. We came to see a band Ghost and it was not far to walk back from the venue. No lift though which was hard carrying a heavy case up the stairs. Good bus service to shopping centre right outside hotel. I would recommend and come again "

"Birthday treat with my good lady. Overall this hotel was great, staff were very friendly & helpful, reception staff even gave us two complimentary drinks vouchers to use at the bar as a birthday treat. Rooms were great & clean. The only downside of our stay was our room was at the end of a long corridor which had the service lift right next to it & we were woken several times in the early hours with the cleaning staff using the lift with they're housekeeping trolleys, but we would stay here...

"Staff are fantastic, couldn't be more helpful, whether in the bar or at reception. Room clean and tidy. Lots of choice for breakfast. Pool was nice, but not very relaxing as children in the pool were very loud. Had a lovely afternoon tea there as well and food was delicious."

"We had a lovely stay, the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was excellent. Only negative feedback was that we book a junior suite and I clearly stipulated that we had two teenagers who required a proper bed and we were given a fold out sofa bed which was extremely uncomfortable. Definitely not suitable for young adults, despite requesting sleeping arrangements suitable for them. "

"Great location in Glasgow walkable to both Glasgow Queen St and Glasgow Central train stations. I never used a cab while there. Great breakfast and staff very friendly and efficient. Great location close to restaurants and pubs"
