"Genuinely, was shocked at the bad reviews for this place. Hotel Artis was the BEST experience in Rome. SUPER short walk to the Metro Station which can get you to anywhere in Rome in minutes, great staff (who speak at least two languages), great coffee, spritzes and more. Hotel Artis is the SPOT!"

"B&b is run by a nice Italian couple, be sure to let them know when you are going to arrive by email and be prepared to use your mobile phone to ring them. We stayed two nights. The rooms are in a flat and are reasonabley sized, unfortunately they are a bit noisy, between the other guests in the flat and the locals, there is lots to spoil your sleep. "This was just a super easy experience for a solo tourist, English speaking, driving a car and check in was super easy, everything I needed for a short trip to and around Roma was perfect, couldn't fault a thing, super freindly an easy service"

"The handsome boy who checked me in was very helpful and kind. The beautiful lady or checked me out was also pleasant! The chef and coffee maker was so cool and I will def be coming back in a couple of weeks because hotel was safe, room was nice bed was very comfortable and it’s right next to metro. "Mariah was a good host. She welcomed us and guided us with all possible routes and late running transport. Room was clean and spacious. WiFi has a good network. Toilet and shower room was small but this can be compromised for few nights stay. Metro was 3 minutes walk away. Breakfast was only pastries, any hot options would be better. Overall best value for money. "
