"Very stylish and lots of nice details like fresh water daily in rooms and a fridge. Lovely breakfast provided and buffet style topped up by a delightful lady who ensured it looked neat and appetising at all times! Be good to have a card in the room explaining that the coffee machine is available at all times and pastries are left after breakfast for residents, as we didn’t work that out for a couple of days! We will now hope to book here for all our regular short break Mallorca visits! "

"We loved this hotel. We feel lucky we found this hotel in the walled part of Alcùdia. We are cyclists and not interested in staying along the beach. The staff was very accommodating in providing bike storage and anyone we talked to were extremely nice and welcoming. Our room was comfortable and quiet."

"I can’t say enough about how much we LOVED this place… we had a fantastic stay… we got a room with a sea view balcony and it was fabulous! "I checked din at 7pm, didn't really use or see any of the hotel, just the bed and shower. It is in a fantastic location (30m from port pollensa centre/waterfront), supermarket 100m. Was very beat tidy and good quality entrance and room Only thing that let it down for me was the shower was cold. Basin water was v hot, shower was not. Spent 15 mins wondering if I was using the controls wrong. Very frustrating. Usually I would go out early in the morning, come back for a shower and then check...

"We had a great stay at Sofia. Staff were always pleasant and helpful. Helped us change rooms and then were always very informative when we had questions. The place is clean and spacious for a double room. We had the half board and breakfast and dinner were your standard buffets but definitely options for everyone.
