"A gem of an hotel conveniently situated within all of the attractions of old town Alcudia. Spotlessly clean, fantastic breakfasts, attentive but unobtrusive hosts. We had the room with private plunge pool which was a fabulous feature much enjoyed. Highly recommended!"

"My first experience of the all inclusive experience. I’m a convert. Pool was nice and clean, food was good overall, entertainment was good. Hotel was clean and well appointed. "The hotel was not as online or in photos. It is poorly neglected and filthy. I would never stay again. Especially with the price they are charging. The 1st room they gave me smelt like an ashtray even though it was non-smoking room and there were food crumbs on the floor. The 2nd room was moldy and there were water leaks and toilet wouldn't stop running. There is no security in the building just a simple key to lock your door, no deadbolt. Baseboards are coming away from the wall, the ceiling...

Just crossed the road to main hotel villaconcha but loved staying in the more quiet montelin studios for privacy and small pool away from everyone else but still using all the main hotel facilities.
