High Quality Designer Detached Villa from Artist Sculptor owner Miquel Cerda

Our confortable holiday villa is situated outside of the old and cultural town Pollensa.
This villa is a lovely spot for a family holiday, set in exquisitely maintained gardens and just a short drive from all the historic sites, or by foot. Cafes and shops of Pollensa. It is a great base for exploring the surrounding countryside which is very gentle and flat and ideal for cycling. It's also less than 10 minutes away from the sea in the friendly resort of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente

The property is very nice situated and offers the privacy and the peace that you need. Is only 1,5 Km far from Pollensa where you can find restaurants, bars, museum, art exhibitions, supermarkets, etc.., also you have the Golf club 3 km far from our villa, Cala San Vicente beach is only 4 km far from our villa. Also you have 2 big supermarkets very close, only 10 minutes by walk from our property.

The villa is designed, decorated and furnished to the highest standards by its artist Sculptor owner, Miquel Cerdà, the villa contains paintings and sculptures from his private collection and art gallery.

Upon entering in our 180m2 villa there is a spacious and fully equipped modern kitchen with marble worktops including vitro hob, electric oven, grill, microwave, dish washer, freezer, fridge, and breakfast area.

Few steps more you have a large dining area set on a raised area overlooking the lounge-living area with Hi-Fi, SAT TV, DVD player, including WIFI that will allow you to enjoy an internet connection while relaxing and enjoying your holiday.

From the living-area you have access to a covered pool terrace and dining area where you can enjoy relaxing meal. Also you will find the swimming-pool, the fabulous garden area and a nice BBQ area where you can cook, surrounded by lawns and trees.

The villa has 3 bedrooms in total with air-conditioned, the master bedroom with double bed and en-suite complete bathroom with direct access to the terrace, and two twin rooms share a further complete bathroom. Also you have a bathroom and a shower in the swimming-pool area.
The villa is completelly heated for the winter period.

Close to the Pollensa Golf and Sport Center: Golf Information:The Pollensa Golf Club is open to non members and only 5 minutes by car. The challenging 9 hole courses have been described as some of the most beautiful in the Mediterranean, with a clubhouse, a restaurant which also welcomes non-golfers, a swimming pool, rental of clubs, trolleys and golf cars also available. Tuition can be arranged and there are regular tournaments.

Sport Center information: The Sport Center is open to non members and only 1 minute walking. You can practice tennis, football, climbing, running, etc....

We came with our two grown up sons and had the most amazing time in this really beautiful, brilliantly located home. It was immaculate and the host could not have been more helpful. Thank you for the most wonderful, happy holiday. The pool and table tennis kept my sons fully occupied and it was just a short easy walk into Pollenca town and a very short drive to the beach. A wonderful month
We stayed at Villa Norai for four wonderful weeks. The Villa is lovely, the gardens beautiful and the pool amazing. The owners were friendly and helpful - and helped make this a fantastic experience. The villa is positioned so conveniently for walking into Pollensa old town and on the road directly to Port de Pollensa. We were able to do some remote working as well as holidaying - no problems with the quality of the WiFi. The kitchen and facilities were great. The whole family enjoyed our time. We wouldn’t hesitate to go back (in fact we didn’t want to leave). Highly recommend staying here.

Lovely traditional property on the outskirts of Pollensa - beautifully kept with lots of original artwork to admire. The garden and pool area were fabulous to relax in and with a couple of excellent restaurants within walking distance we had a fabulous week.

Fabulous villa is
Villa is superb. Situated just outside Pollensa but within walking distance. Supermarket is less than 10 minutes walk on the other direction. The grounds are beautiful, the villa is spacious and comfortably accommodated us (family of 6). The communication was excellent and meet and greet was a lovely touch. Very happy to recommend this to anyone.

Wow, we simply loved every minute of our stay. The villa is stunning and every where you turn there is more incredible artwork/ sculptures. The photos do not do it justice. The kitchen was well equipped for six adults. We loved having all our meals out on the terrace over looking the pool. It was such a comfortable stay and none of us wanted to come home. Great location so easy to walk into Pollensa and easy to get the buses to the beaches and Palma. Would love to come and back again. Thank you for the most memorable 50th birthday celebration.

Villa Norai gave us just what we were looking for. Lovely villa with interesting history, fantastic garden and outdoor kitchen area, and a great pool. We have been to Pollenca countless times over the past 20 years and have never enjoyed it more.

Nice house and close to town. Great pool area. One negative - Twin beds in one bedroom need replacing or repairing. Nothing to do with the house at all but don’t forget to take mosquito repellent, it’s essential !

Lovely villa
This villa is really lovely. The pool area is amazing. The villa is really spacious and well cared for. Really nice that the villa was cleaned during our stay and the pool was cleaned too. Easy to enjoy the sun but lots of shade too. We really enjoyed using the outside cooking area and ate every meal outside too. Easy to walk into Pollenca which is so pretty. Lovely restaurant over the road from villa too. Would love to stay here again.

We had a wonderful two weeks at Villa Norai. The villa is beautifully appointed and very unique. The pool was wonderful, UV filtered we think. Location was excellent, 2mins walk to the bus stop and 10mins walk into the enchanting Pollensa Old Town. Highly recommend….faultless!

Beautfiul Property in a Great Location
We stayed here in early June 18 and can't recommend it highly enough. The house is well laid out and comfortable, the pool and outside area is fantastic and the location is perfect. We hired a car and it took 5 mins to Pollenca and 10 mins to Port de Pollenca, both towns have their own charms and appeals and offer a great selection of restaurants. You won't be disappointed if you hire Villa Norai.

Villa Norai
We loved everything about it! The property is beautiful. We found it worth studying the abundant artwork, including the many outdoor sculptures. Objects and paintings are thoughtfully placed, beautiful, and intriguing. The garden is lovely. The house, pool, and outdoor living space were clean and well-maintained. The outdoor living space was a great place to eat our meals when we cooked at the villa. It got cold-ish at nights while we were there, and we were glad for the heating. The house is very well situated, you can easily walk to the center of Pollença and drive to any place else. We walked to Port Pollença and the beach (about 5 km each way). The hosts were friendly and gave us helpful info on activities in town, places to buy groceries (very close to the villa), and places to bike and hike. Overall, we loved our stay.

Excellent Villa in perfect location
We stayed for a week in this beautifull villa near Pollensa. The owner was very friendly and helpfull. The villa is located near the main road from Pollensa to Port de Pollensa, but it is very quiet and peacefull. Trafic noise wasn't a problem at all. The villa has everything you need and is very comfortable. You can easely walk to Pollenca, which is a very nice village to visit for shopping or eating-out. Also, cycling was excellent from here. We highly recommend this villa!

Return Visit
After last years successful family holiday we could not wait to return once again to this fantastic villa. This year we had both family and friends and all agreed that the quality and uniqueness of this villa coupled with its excellent location was a winner. With 2017 in mind, I would not be at all surprised ( nor disappointed) if the family voted for a 3rd return trip. Keep up the good work and thank you to Miquel and his family.

Great location and property
We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this rustic Mallorcan villa. Highlights being the large pool, the shaded terrace, the outdoor bbq kitchen and the great location. Pollenca is a short walk away, Puerto Pollensa a 7 min drive. Property was spotlessly cleaned. If you are an art fan you will particularly enjoy the artworks. Any issues were quickly resolved by Maria who is on hand next door. Good communications with owner. We would definitely return.

Lovely Villa
We had such a lovely time at the Villa. The house was just perfect and in such a great location. We were welcomed with a welcome pack of fresh fruits, water, jam , bread and milk. Everything is so clean and tidy and the owners were very kind and attentive. So much so, that when I wasn’t very well they took me to the emergency doctor and stayed with me to help translate. It’s only a 10 minutes walk into the town. I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone. All in all we loved our stay and hope to come back again one day.

Lovely villa within walking distance of Pollensa Town
The villa is perfect for a family holiday. Lovely pool, outdoor eating area, spacious, AC in bedrooms (although a little noisy) and an easy walk to the centre of town. Maria made check in easy and was on hand and quickly resolved a couple of issues. The only suggestions for improvement would be to supply some toys (as listed in the itinerary) and basic kitchen/household items (eg. washing up liquid, kitchen towels, loo roll etc) as it was a little inconvenient having to purchase these relatively low cost items. In summary, we had a lovely holiday and would highly recommend this accommodation to prospective clients.

Beautiful villa in great location
We had another wonderful week in this villa and would love to come again. The villa has everything you need and more. It is comfortable, the pool is fantastic and it is so peaceful. It is lovely to be able to walk into Pollensa for dinner in an evening or the market on a Sunday as it only takes 10-15 minutes at a leisurely pace. The owners are very accommodating and made sure everything was ready for us with regards to travel cots and an extra bed. They leave a lovely welcome pack containing a few essentials which we made use of. The children loved the pool and never wanted to get out! We highly recommend this villa and we will definitely be back another year.
