"Always enjoy our stay at Union Road , it is so convenient for visiting my family. They make you feel so welcome. I am sorry to say if there is one thing we don't like is the fact that the rooms are dog friendly, and we are not dog lovers. I don't know if all rooms are dog friendly but if they are it might be a problem for future stays as my wife can break out in a rash."

"The property is clean but its noisy because its close to the road and i can smell the food from the kitchen. And the the iwner of the property open my bag behind my back and throw away all my food "

"The staff were so welcoming and lovely it made the stay so enjoyable. There was an issue with WiFi and the staff couldn't apologise enough. It did not matter to us as we could enjoy the stay without the phones/emails etc. The food was all home cooked and delicious. Will definitely visit again."

"The place is under new management who offered a warm welcome, a clean room, done up the place as best they could. The place still has a few issues from being taken over eg shower not draining well and a new mattress due but the new team are trying hard to make a go of it and are trying to make good."

"The property was clean and tastefully decorated. Our room was spacious and had a sitting area with a sofa. The bed was really comfortable and the bed linen and towels were very high quality. We ordered our breakfast the night before and it was beautifully presented and perfectly cooked. The host was friendly and helpful. "

"Contrary to some reviews i have read about this establishment, we were very impressed! The staff were really lovely and very helpful, friendly and efficient. The room was clean,well appointed and quiet. We ate there both evenings of our stay and i honestly couldn't fault our meals in any way. Simply delicious and plenty of it. Breakfast was also very good and massive! We will definately be staying here again and i thouroughly,wholeheartedly reccommend it to anyone. Well done Burrator inn."

"Went for the weekend with my husband. Great location, B&B was clean well presented, breakfasts were great. Barry looked after us and nothing was too much trouble. Only think i would say is all the bedrooms are located upstairs so be prepared. Will definitely be going back, maybe in the summer. "

"My partner and I stayed for a long weekend. I arrived first to check in. Debs was there to greet me and dealt with a last minute request to upgrade my room amazingly. Check-in was quick with clear and easy instructions given. Room 3 was gorgeous! So spacious with plenty of storage for clothing and luggage. There was a handy fridge, table to eat at and a gorgeous balcony. I run warm so it was amazing to be able to open a door and windows. There's a huge TV with Sky channels and a sofa to watch...
