"It’s a beautiful hotel. The rooms were immaculate and comfortable. It’s a perfect location for Windsor town centre and for going across the river to Eton. The Brasserie served a lovely breakfast and you can have a riverside view too. The staff were very helpful and did everything you’d want them to. Will definitely stay again. "

"We booked a last minute stay at this hotel and we are really glad we did. The staff were all absolutely amazing, they really made the stay. Everyone was helpful, friendly and polite. The rooms were great- large, comfortable and quiet. We ate at the hotel restaurant which was nice but a bit pricey. However the breakfast is great value for money and there’s a great choice at the buffet. The location is also a highlight- central Oxford is a ten minute walk away and is reached by a very pleasant stroll along the Thames. On a (very slight) negative note: I thought it was a little bit off to charge £20 for parking; and the pool was a bit crowded with nowhere to relax properly. Overall though it was a brilliant stay and I’d recommend this place to anyone. "

"We were given a very warm and friendly welcome. The staff were efficient and helpful throughout the hotel. Very good breakfast, plenty of choice. Swimming pool facilities well maintained, clean and warm. Room very comfortable. Our first stay and very impresses, nothing to fault. Will make it our first choice on next visit to Reading."

"Stayed for 3 nights. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The hotel reception staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. We had arranged for adjoining rooms as our children are autistic and anxious in unfamiliar surroundings. On arrival, we had already been checked in and were presented with the room keys straight away. This was extremely helpful, allowing us to get to the rooms without any difficulty or delay. "
