Small Bedroom with two futons and one more futon in living - total making 3. Easy can accommodate 3 people sleeping spaciously. Bedding was good even for a picky traveler. The bedroom window goes to a very busy Main Street in China town. I used ear plugs so for me this was not a problem. Also do not turn on MW and electric kettle...
