"This is probably one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed in. Even better, it is in a perfect location to explore Georgetown, while still being quiet and peaceful. Moreover, the staff are getting excellent and accommodating. They helped us plan trips to the national park and gave invaluable advice. The hotel restaurant is also excellent. In particular we loved the roti canai at breakfast. I cannot recommend Muntri Mews enough, and I hope to return. "

"The location is good. Staff are helpful. The washroom is a huge problem. No shower curtain or door. So the floor becomes wet and very inconvenient. No housekeeping the whole 4 days stay. "A beautiful restored shophouse. Very welcoming staff and very clean common areas. The rooms can get a bit warm in the afternoon as part of the roof is covered in zinc and conducts heat directly into the room. Bed is located in the attic which can be a slight inconvenience but it adds to the overall charm of the place. Toilets are small and poky but still good enough for me.
