"This is probably one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed in. Even better, it is in a perfect location to explore Georgetown, while still being quiet and peaceful. Moreover, the staff are getting excellent and accommodating. They helped us plan trips to the national park and gave invaluable advice. The hotel restaurant is also excellent. "The location is good. Staff are helpful. The washroom is a huge problem. No shower curtain or door. So the floor becomes wet and very inconvenient. No housekeeping the whole 4 days stay. So continuously living in filthy conditions. Had to take out our own garbage. Also because no housekeeping and no phone in room, had to keep going to the reception to ask for simple things like toilet papers and fresh towels. No fridge, had to use fridge at the reception. The rooms can get a bit warm in the afternoon as part of the roof is covered in zinc and conducts heat directly into the room.
