Despite the breakfast room being very busy, the staff there always find time to chat with us and found us (party of 4) a nice table. A long walk to Armenian Street and the Esplanade. But with he heat, easier to catch a Grab as the fares are so low. Will recommend this hotel for a family holiday."

Feels like a living museum, so you will hear some creaks and light neighbourhood noise, but that's the beauty of staying somewhere that has personality and satisfies those who are curious about life. As well as the Mews cafe and shady courtyard, there are many places to eat and enjoy coffee in the immediate area. The staff are welcoming and helpful. Thank you for a lovely and safe stay. Note to management: a larger tip box with a bigger slot is needed - your people are worth it."
