"Not worth it. Way over priced! We stayed one night. Staff are very nice. But the place is of a by gone era. It’s old but not in a charming way. Showers in the onsen are cold and you have to wait for many minutes in order for hot water to come out. The rooms and elevators are old. the outdoor hotspring is on the top floor with no facilities (you have to go downstairs first and shower) and no real view to speak of. "７歳の娘用の浴衣のサイズが合わず、フロントに言ったらすぐ持ってきてくれましたが、結局合わず着れませんでした。極端に大きいのか、小さいのしかなく、せっかくの浴衣を着れず娘は残念がっていました。浴衣の上の羽織も、子供のは用意がなかったです。また、金額は変わらないのに夕飯の内容が子供のは品数が少なかったのはデザートとか、内容を子供向けにするとか対策してほしいと思いました。"
