"The staff at this property are unbelievable. They go out of their way for you. The hotel has pretty much ski in, with access to the chair lift right outside the front door. Dinner is amazing, breakfast is not as good, but has plenty on offer with fruits, hot and cold options. The onsen downstairs was renovated whilst we were staying there and looks great, much more inviting. Access to the Hakuba Valley Shuttle just up the road, walkable. "This has been by far one of the best hotels. The room isn’t of super high end luxury, but the onsen was one of the best. The buffet for breakfast competes with the level of a high end Las Vegas resort. And staff is excellent and multilingual. "
