"This is my most favourite hotel in Japan trip. very reasonable price Location is alway best for convenience if you use public transportation Fast check in and out Supper friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is delicious! Only thing you need to be aware of that if you have lots of luggage you need to size down or well organized in order to keep the room tidy while stay . The room is small but well arrange and adequate. Most of the time we spent time to discover places so that matter weren’t bother me at all especially for their fair price! Definitely will Comeback and recommend to everyone. "

"I loved this hotel. The location is perfect. It's about a 6min walk to Namba City and Takashimaya dept store. 8 minutes to Namba station. 12 minutes to Dotonbori. The hotel and rooms are beautiful. The room gets very cool which was nice for our hot summer stay. The front desk staff was so accommodating and professional. Special shot out to Yushie ( I believe that was her name). The only thing I wouldn't spend your money on here is the breakfast buffet. I usually love all hotel breakfasts when traveling and this one was not good. That was literally the only negative. There's a food hall connected to the hotel open from 1000 -2200 that has pretty decent food options if you're too lazy to walk or it's raining. I will stay here again when back in Osaka. Thank you Citadines Namba Osaka!!!"

"Cross X Hotel was an incredible experience for my husband and I. All the staff there were incredibly welcoming and made our Osaka experience so positive. The rooms were sized generously, the bed was comfortable and the room was super clean. The location is fantastic and 2 minutes walk from the Dontonburi attractions. I’d definitely be booking this hotel again the next time we visit Japan and I’d be recommending this hotel to all our friends. "
