"フロントの男性スタッフの対応が良かったです。お部屋は広々として気持ちの良い空間でした。残念なことに掃除が行き届いておらず、室内に入ってすぐ足の裏が真っ黒になりました。山中のため仕方がないのかもしれませんがクモの巣、ホコリが溜まっていていました。お風呂付きを選びましたが、リビングからとBBQスペースからお風呂が丸見えです。目隠しが欲しかったです。ゆっくり入れませんでした。洗面台の水の流れが悪かったです。アイデアは素敵です！いろんなゲストが来られると思うので、想定して改善されたらリピーターが増えると思います！"

From the coin search in the rooms, elevator, lobbies to the changing trivia games for prizes the staff at Mimaru kept it fresh for the kids to keep them entertained. Friendly front desk ensured that luggage arriving via luggage service was waiting in the room on check-in. Great for offering suggestions on what to do or see or helping hail a taxi.
