"My family and I stayed here two nights just before Christmas. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The owner offers a shuttle bus during the morning hours to Gora Station, which is very helpful for getting to Hakone ropeway. Local restaurants were a bit unaccessible as it was off-season but this inn has its own great little restaurant kitchen. We had two dinners here and tried almost everything on the menu. "Cleanest of total 6 hostel/capsules I've stayed. The property is well maintained. Nothing falling apart or looks dirty. Large sitting lounge can sit 8-10 people comfortably. Most of my 13 nites stay I see only mostly 2-4 people in there. Sometimes there is a larger group. Large CLEAN & COMFORTABLE sitting lounge, not a large cafeteria w/just tables/chairs, promotes interaction amongst people. That is what happened there. The street is a high-end(ish) Rodeo Drive -lite like street. VERY NICE...

"Chillulu was okay. Not spectacular, however a good enough short term stay (2 nights for me). The location in Yokohama Chinatown is hard to beat! I even tried the Cafe downstairs and it was excellent tho on the pricier side. The property itself is old, but maintained, however I need to mention how cramped I felt and the curtains and thin walls offer little from the other travelers. Good location, but I’ll stop there. "

"The property was beautiful and the views of the bay fantastic. It was one block from the subway and a good-sized market with a great variety of foods available. My only complaint was that the check-in staff was pretty cold and not so welcoming. Also we paid a great deal for the larger room we had for three people but the hotel insisted on charging us a significant per night fee for my teenage son. I thought that was pretty ridiculous for a high-priced hotel."
