We loved our private onsen and the morning breakfast. We also got unlimited ice cream! Would highly recommend this to anyone wanting a special trip or to relax in Hakone."

"This property was absolutely gorgeous!!! A worth mention was the staff how incredibly friendly they are and how they will make your experience that much more better. The restaurant riverside kitchen was delicious and had many options, the only issue we had was they sold out of their higher tier steaks which goes to show how incredible it must be! (Get reservations early in the night, our reservation was at 1945). Last but certainly not least was the private onsen in our room, overlooking the river and the mountains was always great to spend time in after a day of exploring. Highly recommend! "

"The front desk lady is very helpful and nice, bring us the children gift packet, little cake and let us check in early, and help us find taxi. The hotel location is very close to every where."

"We stayed at this property for two nights before our cruise. The hotel is very luxurious. Our room was spacious and very clean with a lovely view of the waterfront. The breakfast buffet had an excellent variety of food which included Japanese dishes. A cab ride to the Osanbashi cruise port cost 1300 Japanese Yen. If I had the opportunity I would definitely stay at this hotel again."
