"Room had all our needs and was well equipped , clean and smelt fresh at all times , staff very friendly and welcoming. Car parking was excellent no problems at all. "Great proper English pub dog friendly. All the staff are helpful and friendly the room we were in ticked all the boxes . We stayed for 2 nights clean towels on second day . Traditional pub with good rooms . Went into Chichester which was about 20min drive great day out beautiful Cathedral. We will going back to the fox goes free ."

"Great location in central Chichester Very friendly staff My room was separate from the pub so I didn't have to go through the bar to get to my room Breakfast was ok. Continental only. Lots of lovely eateries nearby. Chichester is a vibrant City with plenty to see and do. Hope to return soon. Many thanks."

"Nice stay, old school room on top of a pub and might have a bit of noise outside of the road but overall good stay, staff went out of the way to provide us breakfast the night before as we left early. Parking can be at the car parks nearby for free for the night... "
