"Slight Fawlty Towers like. Hotel is in a great location but sometimes you felt as if guests were an inconvenience. Limited eating options available in January. Bathroom was great. Bedroom was vast but dated. Would be great to have kettle/tea/coffee options in room. Spa is good but not immediately in hotel and not free to guests."
