"Came with my mother in law for family days. My daughter is at Ithaca College. We had a great stay even though my daughter & I both had colds. The thoughtfulness of our host made our stay out of this world! We were able to make a homemade dinner for my daughter & a classmate. It's close enough to town but far enough to feel peaceful. "Nice cabin, quiet location. Beds are firm but comfortable and all necessities provided. House is creaky and if you stay in the lower bedroom you hear every sound from the loft. Not unbearable but if you are a light sleeper not ideal. Water did have a sulfur smell to it but it was explained in the house info book. Communication with host was great. "
