"Very cute place rental and convenient to Cornell. Price was very reasonable. We would recommend this place to others and definitely stay here again. Some extra amenities would be a very nice addition such as having some extra TP, hand/ dish soap (shower soap was empty), paper towels, napkins, etc. There was coffee which was awesome-- we had brought our own so we were all set. "I stayed with my wife and a group of friends for a race at Watkins Glen. This house worked out perfectly for the six of us with plenty of space for everyone and really nice common areas plus a nice backyard by a river with a grill. The house and property were beautiful and the area was gorgeous, very close to Watkins Glen State Park and a short drive to town with great stores and restaurants. I’d love to come back and stay longer!"

"We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the area. The farmhouse had everything we needed to be comfortable. Loved that the property was on a nature preserve we could walk to with the dog! Michelle was a great communicator."

"House was a great gathering space. 6 adults stayed at the location and we had local family visit us while we there. The house was just as advertised and fully stalked for our needs. The added bonus aside from the great weather was the screened porch out back, the table and chairs on the lawn and the delightful front porch to drink our morning coffee. The grocery, pharmacy, etc. were all within a 10-minute drive. The only thing that didn't work out for us was the 10am checkout. We felt a little rushed. Overall, it was a great stay. "

"House was in a good location and my family enjoyed the drive way as we drove under the trees. Its about 10 to 15 mins to ithica and close to the state park there as well. A few things Id like to suggest is Central air. Each room had a portable heater unit which was nice but also had to be managed individually. Central air would help in keeping the house warm or cool with convenience in mind. The dishwarsh was also not working. It wasnt too bad for our family to wash the dishes but it took time...

"We rented the space for a weekend giveaway. The space was a perfect size for our 4 guests. The home was clean and located near a lot of local attractions. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Our family of three generations gathered for Christmas and we had an amazing time. The house was lovely - clean, beautifully furnished, and comfortable. We were lucky with some mild weather on Christmas day which allowed us some time outdoors, but I can imagine how nice the outside area must be during the warmer months. We were grateful for the time we had together and for a place to stay as a whole family."

"Very nice house across the street from a beautiful lake with great fishing. Our kids are totally into fishing so we tried several spots. The lake at the house was BY FAR the best spot. The house is very comfortable and well maintained. The only “even better if” comment would be that it is a fairly long drive to Watkins Glen or Ithaca."

"This was our second stay at the Cayuga Homestead! Despite the rainy weather, everything was excellent. We enjoyed the TV on the main floor and watched many movies and relaxed. Kids had fun playing games in the basement. Kitchen had everything we needed and we took advantage of the waffle maker this time. What a hit! Excellent communication from Daura. Highly recommend!"
