"This property is new and clean. We were happy with the flexibility of the host and the comfort of the home. The only downside, as others have mentioned, was the nasty sulfur smell of the water. It also has a slimy feel. If you can get past that, the place is perfect! Rich is responsive to questions and was flexible with our needs as we were bringing a baby for the holiday weekend. . "

We spent great time together and to top it we had an amazing snow day where kids enjoyed the slopes outside the house. The location was perfect for exploring the Fall colors at nearby State Parks that included hiking, waterfalls, breathtaking views, and wonderful breweries and restaurants in nearby Ithaca. The host was very responsive to our messages and accommodated us with firewood that we used for a lovely Friday night fire after a day of hiking and sightseeing.
