"Much enjoyed it. Great place. Fabulous location. Chic. the only thing that could be improved is that the breakfast room in the basement is rather pokey and dark. The good news is that you don’t need to go there, they can bring you breakfast in the bar area on the left as you walk in, which is far nicer!"

"This is a London gem of a hotel. My wife and I felt like royalty immediately upon arrival. The desk agent had our bags delivered to our room and personally escorted us to our accommodations. The room was magnificent, beautifully appointed with a balcony and nice views of Chelsea. The included continental breakfast was very nice in a wonderfully decorated dining space. This hotel is very conveniently located close to Sloane Square, King’s Road, South Kensington, shopping and dining options. The service was excellent and professional. "
