The key turned a strange way and felt it was something simple they could have told us rather than having to go all the way back to reception. The flat is very far away from the lifts and there is not adequate signage about the way out of the building. The room was run down and shabby and looked nothing like the photos. There was black dust from the street accumulated in all the windows and the entire building smelled moldy. I left immediately and did not stay there and the hosts would not offer any refund."
