"The hotel is really well located, clean and exactly what we expected. The only issues we had were that the water would not go cold in the shower and the check in process was clunky. The key turned a strange way and felt it was something simple they could have told us rather than having to go all the way back to reception. They were lovely and friendly and would stay again, but just a couple of small things they could do better."

"Solo female stayed for 7 nights in June 2024. Gorgeous little apartment on level 3. Lovely lounge area with 2 beds, tv. Clean kitchen with fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster. Spacious bathroom, shower over bath, and importantly washing machine. There was nothing to complain about. Concierge and booking office very helpful. Enjoyed a lovely time. Sainsbury's 2 min walk, everything closeby. Great property and area"

"This property is falsely advertised. It is not new, sleek, or modern. The room is in a run-down building that does not feel safe. The flat is very far away from the lifts and there is not adequate signage about the way out of the building. The room was run down and shabby and looked nothing like the photos. There was black dust from the street accumulated in all the windows and the entire building smelled moldy. I left immediately and did not stay there and the hosts would not offer any refund."

Bathroom sink was blocked. Day 2: By the night of day 2, after repeated e-mails and phone calls, got the batteries for the thermostat and bulbs for the light fixtures in the bathroom and the landing.
