"Our big family group loved the place in early October and can only imagine how great it would be as a ski vacation. Management was very responsive — we had a plumbing issue and they sent an emergency plumber on Friday night. Strange problem that the front door code stopped working after the initial check-in, but the garage entrance remained usable so no harm done. Kitchen is beautifully appointed and the gift of American Spoon jam and BBQ sauce was a sweet Up-North-forward gesture! Great spot...

It is conveniently located near dining options, a coffee shop, and a grocery store. The bed and living room seating were comfortable. "The house was secluded so that was a huge plus. Plenty of parking as well if you have multiple cars. Communication with host was lacking until the week of the stay. That aside, very nice stay."

"The home was welcoming and in the perfect location. We were just a few minutes from Nubs Nob, Highlands, and downtown Harbor Springs. The open floor plan allowed for family games and yet was roomy enough for people to have their own space. I would totally bring my family back to stay here."
