"Nice house and area! True to what listing showed. Close beach access was great! Only thing I would have preferred is window coverings on kitchen window and back door. Property is close to the road and I prefer window coverage especially at night. Just a personal preference for me."

The property is very large, impressive, peaceful, beautiful, among other flattering adjectives. The views from the house are honestly one of a kind. We had 8 adults and 5 kids for the week and we were very comfortable. Definitely recommend."

"The sunset views from this house are absolutely breath-taking! The house had plenty of space for family to gather as well as space to sit in a corner and read with an amazing view. The location feels quiet and serene, but it’s also 15 minutes from the conveniences of St Ignace and the shuttle to the island. Highly recommend."

"Everything at the house was wonderful- except for the size of the beds! As there were five adults in our group, a full size bed was not the most comfortable fit! Besides that, we were all happy with the house and its location- walking distance to downtown St Ignace and hours drive to many other wonderful locations. We would definitely stay there again!"

"The Bunkhouse was clean, comfortable and full of character and charm. It served our needs well. zi would offer two suggestions to the Owner/Host. 1. The recessed landing at the top of the stairs is dangerous, especially at night. It should be the same level as the hall and flooring leading into the bathroom. 2. The main level bath and commode need floor work too. I felt that a seat belt was almost needed to use the commode, due to the slanting of the floor and toilet! We managed, but it should...

"Loved the condo, location and Colleen. The mattresses are tired. The Queen bedroom backs up to the UPS or Post Office. Very loud and bright. Thank God they weren't open on Sunday. I was able to sleep Saturday night. Winter may be better because windows are closed, and drapes drawn. Colleen was a wonderful host. Came right away when there was a problem with the sink. Having given my review, I would stay there again."

"Great communication by hosts, check in and out was a breeze. In a great central location between Indian River, Petoskey/Harbor Springs, and Mackinaw City. Arrived to a clean, well stocked home.
