"Property clean and communication with Al was very easy and helpful! Location was wonderful - nice neighborhood yet very close to shopping/parks/ski resorts. Layout of house was unusual, but still very functional. Petosky stones were a nice touch!"

"I cannot say enough about this 5 star property. Everything you could possibly need-it has! Excellent location to downtown Petoskey-easy walk. Every room was fully stocked and we needed nothing. Although Victorian in house architecture, each room has been remodeled with modern features and updated decor. I can’t think of a single thing negative. We went during Petoskey Christmas Open House, Dec 5-7, 2024 and everything was snow covered. It was beautiful "

"The house was in a perfect location for skiing. Great having bedrooms on both levels. Appreciated the amenities for little kids (dishes, high chair, pack-n-play). Hot tub was a bonus! Only issues were: 1) lower level was very cold and space heaters were needed to heat the lower bedrooms, and 2) the gas fireplace did not work. Would stay again!"

"Our family had an amazing time at this unique and comfortable rental in Harbor Springs. The house is right on the Tunnel of Trees, and the views of Lake Michigan were absolutely breathtaking. "This house was perfect for us. There were 5 of us and we had plenty of room. The place was cozy and clean and had all amenities needed. The beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. We enjoyed winter activities like rafting on the Sturgeon River, ice skating, sledding. We went to Boyne Mountain and went tubing and walked across the Sky Bridge. We ate at The Thirsty Sturgeon, Breakers and visited Northland Brewery."
