"The check-in instructions I received on my phone were clear, concise and to the point. The morning after, I found myself calling both the management company and Expedia. My complaint was about the absurd noises and door slamming coming from flats neighboring mine. The noises subsided but for the duration of my week’s long stay, they never fully ceased. "Very good Hotel. Check in was excellent, the lady on the desk extremely helpful. Beautiful champagne bar and everywhere was in good condition. The room was spacious, the bed enormous and the shower and bath brand new. Staff in the bar and elsewhere were excellent."

"Like this hotel having stayed before. The room was very comfortable and generally quiet although we did get an early wake up (before 06.00) due to refuse collection but it has to be done. The only points we were not particularly impressed with was that the bathroom bin had not been emptied before we arrived and contained used sanitary products. Also, for the price we would have expected the bed to be made and it wasn't."

Overnight stay, great facilities and staff

"Overnight stay with work. Friendly staff throughout, clean and tidy everywhere. Used the gym, pool and sauna, all excellent. Great nights sleep in a comfy bed. Nice buffet breakfast. Only small criticism is the evening meal and service could be better."
