"It is my first time to stay at this hotel, but I definitely will stay this hotel again next time and would like to recommend this hotel as well. Very friendly front desk representatives in check in, very clean and quiet room, and great breakfast and parking facility. It is so convenient taking you to Time Square about 15 minutes via Lincoln Harbor Ferry ($10 one way) to W 39 St or via NJ Transit Bus 158 ($3.60) to Port Authority Bus Terminal at 42th St. then Walking a few blocks to Time Square. It’s real a great location."

"The hotel is beautiful, it could use some renovations ; curtains, new mattresses, and bathrobes. The curtains didn’t look up to part ; they were dingy. The mattress I slept in had bumps in it and it was very hard. I think they are due for a change. The staff was kind, friendly and helpful. I think that I overlooked any failings just because of the things mentioned above just because of the staff. It was a wonderful stay. "
