"The employees were all nice and polite to me. They checked in on me to make sure that everything is fine with the room. "

"We liked that it was close tot he airport and the hotel was quiet so we could get some rest for a few hours before heading back to hotel. One thing that would improve the room would be if the carpet was removed."

"This hotel was so much better than the tiny, expensive ones in Manhattan. The ferry to Manhattan and bus to Port Authority bus terminal were only steps from the hotel. There was a running/walking trail along the river in front of the hotel. We ate breakfast a couple times in the restaurant and once for dinner. The room was spacious and the view of the skyline across the river was incredible! The room had a fridge but not a microwave. Honestly, the only issue we had was that we requested housekeeping one day, but they never came. Otherwise, it was a fantastic stay!"

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food 10/10. Room was so clean and up to date, I wish there was a full size chair in the room, I am a reader and reading in the bed puts me to sleep, I love relaxing in a chair to read. I'm sorry to say the morning cleaning staff were just a bit loud in the am, if you aren't a morning person or had a late night this may be an issue, but I promise this place is worth the stay. I will definitely stay again. "
