"We love this hotel. We came here for family trip and stayed with room for 4. Very spacious room with sauna which I recommend. Also, its location is convenient with many prime shops nearby. It also has a car park (though it is a bit narrow if you drive a big car). Highly recommend for family! "

"Very nice hotel and amenities. The morning attendant at the front desk for check in is so amazing, helpful and kind. He really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. The afternoon attendant was not, he did not want to answer our questions or help. It was a very nice hotel with excellent bedding, bathrooms and I would highly recommend it. The same morning attendant held our bags for us after check out so we could attend a tour. I thought the stairway was very pretty and no hassle at all. We really enjoyed our rooms, the hotel s as me stay. The nespresso machine in the room was very appreciated. Highly recommend! "

"Great location, room is basic with no TV etc but that didn't bother me as I was out a lot so wasn't spending any time really at the hotel. Clean room, good shower and bed was comfy enough. My only issue was the lack of air con, I was very warm and found it difficult to sleep and you can't open the windows to cool the room down. "

"My friends and I really enjoyed our stay here! We came into town for a concert and booked the triple room. The check in lady Clara was super kind and friendly. We liked the vibe and design of the hotel itself as well as our room. Everything was very clean and we forgot to hang the do not clean sign out and when we came back the maids had folded our clothes that we’d left out. The free coffee, water, and tea were also a very nice surprise! Location was very good and close to lots of transportation options but also had a lot of shops, restaurants, and stores within walking distance. Also no bed bugs which is a plus! Overall would highly recommend and stay here again if I visit Brussels! "
