Extra unexpected charges
Good hotel wifi works, clean and spacious room. The only thing I did not like is that they charge you ectrabif you want yo have access to the kitchen (included in the room but locked with a steel courtain) you have to pay extra. Also you have to pay extra to have your room serviced by housekeeping. I was there for 2 nights only, so no big deal for me.

No major issues, quite comfortable
There were only three channels on the TV that were in English. None in German either. I wish I could have checked in earlier without fee but I had to wait until 1 pm. This is exactly what the check-in time was, so it's not like I expected earlier. Plus, they gave me free cappuchino.

Needs a thorough clean and refresh. Heating (radiator) not working in the room (ok in the bathroom). Bed was two singles pushed together with a large thin mattress over the two single mattresses. This was uncomfortable as all the mattresses kept sliding around. Location not convenient

Pleasant stay.
We enjoyed our stay. Spacious room and open view to garden was pleasant and relaxing. Parking was €15 which was a bit surprise as it should be mentioned in the booking instead of just writing parking available. Location was good too.staff was friendly and welcoming. Thank you.

apart-hotel in residential area
In quiet residential neighborhood, I stayed in a studio suite for a week doing business in Brussels. Relatively easy to get around with nearby tram/bus stop so a transport ticket is a must. The condition of the room was good but hallway rugs a little dirty. Friendly staff, no problems at all.

Convenient for business
Easy to find and access. Checkin is straight forward and easy, all details were sent to me ahead of time. Rooms on the front do have road noise, with some noise all night. There are a few places to eat nearby.

We stayed for 2 nights. The kettle wasnt working, the shower head was leaking all over the place, the hotel corridor (4th stairs) was smelling cigarettes. The pillow were too big and only one was available per person. Overrall a poor experience imo.

Good stay but needed a repair.
Nice place and location. Very clean. We had two rooms, but the AC only worked in one. Otherwise it would have bean a great experience. I would stay again but verify the AC is fixed.
