"My family have just returned from a lovely stay in Berlin. The hotel staff were kind, polite and very helpful. We stayed here with our children aged 7 and 4 and the staff were kind giving our children a carton of juice every morning at breakfast to take away with them. When checking out the children received a hotel duck which they loved. The hotel room was clean and had everything we needed for a stay with children. The hotel is a few minutes walk to two train stations, one which takes you direct to the airport and takes about an hour, but you get ti see the sights of Berlin. There is plenty of lovely restaurants around and a great place for shopping. I’d highly recommend this hotel for families, we would definitely come back. Thank you for having us "

The first word that comes to mind when thinking about Hotel Zoo Berlin is "swanky." The hotel is modern; the rooms are large, clean and comfortable. The hotel entrance and lobby are lovely and welcoming. A perfect place to land after a long day of being out and about in Berlin!"
