"Really nice staff, we wanted some boiling water to make a cup of tea as no kettle in the rooms and the nice lady gave us two flasks and filled them for us to use. The room was basic but the bed was comfy, could do with an extra pillow as very low, if you skip room cleaning you get a bottle of water and feel like you are helping etc, I’d stay here again, we were moved to this hotel from the Berlin gates branch due to operational issues so the free breakfast wasn’t showing but the staff sorted it...
