"This is the 2nd time staying at this hotel. Very good location for West Berlin whilst also a lovely walk to the East side. Hotel very clean, breakfast variety is very good, however, the ‘hot’ food selection was good but cold every morning (we had breakfast for 3 mornings). Not sure why as I’m sure it was all hot and fresh last year. "

"My check in was WONDERFUL! I’m celebrating my birthday here in Berlin and couldn’t have had a better check in experience. I felt so welcome, ALL 3 staff members somehow knew me immediately and had been expecting my arrival! They sang me happy birthday and were so excited I almost cried! My room had a delicious chocolate cake and lovely note, I couldn’t recommend a hotel more. I had just arrived after 14 hours of flights, they truly made me so unbelievably happy! "
