Days Inn by Wyndham Charleston Historic District

2.0 star property
6.2 out of 10, (1001)
"The TV in our room never worked properly. I told the front desk the first day and asked again. No one ever came to check the TV. It was out of focus. Also, the site advertised free breakfast and a pool; there was no breakfast at all… not even coffee in lobby and the pool was drained. The staff did not offer alternatives to breakfast even though there was a place attached to one part of the hotel. I thought it was closed. My room was clean but the stairs and outside was not swept and sloppy....

The Meeting Street Inn

3.5 star property
9.2 out of 10, Wonderful, (1004)
"The Meeting Street Inn is a very unique and pretty hotel. It’s close to restaurants and the market place. However it is not a quiet place. The floors squeak and the trash trucks and fire trucks go down the street with their sirens every day. The rooms are not well insulated so it is frequently noisy with constant coming and goings. The breakfast is good, the wine and cheese reception is good and the nightly cookies were good. However our very first night the power went out due to an...

8.6 out of 10, Excellent, (929)
"My daughter and I stayed at The Ryder to celebrate her birthday and attend a concert at the Gaillard Center. The location couldn’t have been more perfect—just steps away from great shopping and restaurants downtown. The hotel has such a fun, funky vibe, and we loved every minute of it! The food at Little Palm was fantastic, and the coffee and pastries from the Coffee Counter were a treat. Every staff member we encountered went above and beyond—truly exceptional service. Definitely a 5-star...

Indigo Inn

3.0 star property
9.4 out of 10, Exceptional, (1003)
"The Indigo Inn is a charming boutique hotel that feels cozy and homey. The location is unbeatable—right in downtown Charleston. We walked everywhere and only needed an Uber when we were in a rush. Tons of restaurants, coffee shops, and shops are steps away. The staff were so kind and welcoming, and the complimentary food was a great touch. Light breakfast is served daily, plus a 5 PM wine and cheese hour, and freshly baked cookies at 8 PM (my dad’s favorite!). The courtyard is peaceful, and the...
