"Great location in a pleasant neighbourhood "

"Had booked a bigger room than what we got given. So we went back to reception and asked for what I had booked on Hotels.com . After arguing with reception staff for a while we were then upgraded to a master room. Which was a nice big room. The next day there was confussion from reception whether we were meant to be in that room and whether we had paid properly. Which also rwsulted in another discussion with reception staff. Everything in the hotel is run down and the sauna was not going. Wouldnt...

"The Hotel lobby and breakfast was excellent, so as the service. The exterior of the Hotel and lobby was fatastic. Interior and furnitures are old. The key issue we had us that for a 2-bedroom Hotel Apartment, typically there is a bare minimum cutlery in the kitchen shelves. There was none in this apartment. While they said if you need anything ask us, it doesn't feel right to us to ask for few cups and plates or forks/knifes. Appreciate their cleaning service and beautiful breakfast area. "
