"It was an amazing hotel from the start from C/I they already knew we were related ie my brother had checked in earlier. C/I staff was friendly and they had mentioned that my room was finished and IPed, but my brother's room has not yes been IPed, so my brother and his partner went to go sit down at the bar. The room was suprisingly spacious for myself living alone. Nice table, sofa was amazing to have in the room, big nice king bed with nice blankets and nice electronic sheer and curtains. "

After arguing with reception staff for a while we were then upgraded to a master room. Which was a nice big room. The next day there was confussion from reception whether we were meant to be in that room and whether we had paid properly. Which also rwsulted in another discussion with reception staff. Everything in the hotel is run down and the sauna was not going. Wouldnt...
