"For the price this is a very good hotel. It is centrally located with everything close by. I stayed here for a month and my room is comfortable. The hotel has a decent size gym with adequate equipment.The best part is they provide free self serve laundry.You just need to buy some detergent! The only criticism I have is their buffet breakfast, which comes with your room, needs improvement. It has a wide varieties but lacking the western style basic bacon and egg."

House keeping is a turnaround of under 5 mins. Late check out is a very standout option here at 2pm! "The room was big, a bit outdated but its clean, the hotel is very close to the subway station and shopping area. The lobby is vey quiet, hotel lobby staff is ok, I didn't feel very welcomy maybe because the staff are sitting behind the desk and it feels like more of an office than a hotel. I think this is a thing they need to improve, perhaps change the seats to high chair so if they need to stand up its easier for them, I'm not against them sitting, I know its a hard job to stand up all day. Also I didn't see any bellman or doorman that welcomes you. The breakfast is very good, the staff there were nice and attentive. The housekeeping staff are very good they attend to our needs like extra towels and slippers very fast. Overall its a nice experience, we may come back again whenever we are in Shenzhen. "
