"Good location near the centre, payable parking at the hotel (13€), room and bathroom decent and clean. Minor issue with hair dryer cutting out after a few seconds, reception asked us to descend 3 floors to collect a replacement rather than sending one up with a member of staff so maybe customer service could be improved a little. Other than that the staff were very pleasant and the hotel was good value for money"

"Très bel hôtel, chambre fonctionnelle et propre, avec une vue magnifique sur le lac, très calme, pas de bruits (peu de clients à cette période à voir en saison) rien à dire, si nous revenons à charavines nous choisirons à nouveau cet hôtel "
