"The hotel is in a fantastic location, the bar area is lovely and boot room really good and accessible if skiing. Really enjoyed it! A few minor issues Breakfast is okay, and the hotel is very very noisy if you are located near the lift (108) the walls are paper thin and can hear neighbours toilets, drawers, doors all night. Rooms are spacious but the shower and bathrooms are tiny!"

" Excellent location, super-friends staff, clean and comfortable. We had a room with a large balcony, and good mountains view. Perfect stay for a few days of skiing. The restaurant is nice for drinks but we found better places for food."

"Excellent experience - Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Room was modern, spacious and clean, with cabinets to store shoes, jackets, and get bags off the floor. Situated in the downtown area, it’s a convenient walk to restaurants, shops, and a grocery. Parking and the train station are both an easy five minute walk from the hotel. "

"We requested Mountain View’s which were stunning and quieter than lower rooms. Spacious living and sleeping arrangement, even with our own Christmas tree. Comfortable beds and very clean. Maid service every other day. Great location tucked behind the main high street, shops and restaurants and 5/10 min walking distance to ski bus stops. Would happily return to Hotel Genepy."
