"I wanted to a romantic, traditional mountain retreat and the Auberge was perfect. Our room had a small garden where we could sit and have a coffee and stare at Mont Blanc and watch the sun and moon light the peaks. The room is cozy and the bathroom has a whirlpool type bathtub. "This was a great gem in Chamonix area. Away from the hustle of the center of the town but easy access to town and to fabulous hiking in the area. The spa area with free access was amazing. The staff there especially Suzana with her friendliness and knowledge of the area was amazing. Carla & Ivoy were super helpful and great to deal with. Loved would stay there again. "A beautiful hotel in a very quiet and secluded area. Very friendly staff that offered us a free upgrade and great advice about what to do and where to hike. The restaurant is also wonderful with probably one of the beat wine lists I've seen. Bravo! You must have a car to get to this place however. If you want to be close to Chamonix (but not IN Chamonix) it's perfect!"
