"Truthfully this is probably the best stay of my trip and in Europe overall. The room are very remodeled and they are very big, at least the one I stayed at that was to share between 3 people. Very spacious from the room, the bathroom, the closet. It's in a very secure area and for the most part very quite and in a great location. Everyone was very nice and the breakfast was very tasty. I was there for my bday and they even brought up some dessert for me."

"I was very happy with my stay. I had a slight issue getting in to the building because my email was glitching but the hotel staff was very helpful on the phone to help me get in to the building, my room, and check in. The hotel does not have a lobby and a desk. If you are checking in after 6pm make sure you check your email for information. They were very understanding. The building could use better marking. The hotel and rooms are very nice and I felt comfortable there as a young, solo, female, traveler. It is a 20-30 minute walk to central Madrid. "
